There’s an energy in this photo that is stimulating. Yesterday leaving Orlando. Our pool reached 91 degrees.

Sitting directly across from the dining hall dessert table, it was tempting to find a good reason to break from the no-sugar commitment.

Two tables offered up a dozen enticing dessert selections (plus there’s a self-service hand-scooped ice cream station nearby).

Freshman 15 (or 20) is a real thing, that’s how it became a phrase.

Be careful with habits, rituals, self-control, and personal vibrancy goals.

Inhale excellence, not desserts.

PS. No desserts were harmed last night…only inhaled the goodness.

How does 60 years feel?

Married 1983. Honeymoon bicycle trip 1984, ferry-hopping the San Juan Islands in Puget Sound. Cheryl is eating lunch from the back of the ferry. So lucky to have Cheryl on this journey. Insanely lucky.

Sixty feels great.

Not gonna lie.

i do not feel old.

Back to how many reputations do we have? We have one with every person who knows us. Same with them. Same with you.

My wife and son think i’m fit for 60, physically and spiritually. And also mentally, at work, and at home.

Season 1 and Season 2 may go away

Disney podcast
A text exchange between Jody Maberry and me last night, seen hours after we recorded Episode 13.

Season 1 and Season 2 may go away.

Why?

Because If Disney Ran Your Life podcast is in practice-mode.

Season 1 has a working title (as of today, March 1, 2019) of, “The Basement Tapes”.

Season 2 doesn’t have a working title but “Playing free gigs” comes to mind when i think about a group of teenagers starting a band in a home basement (Season 1) and they eventually have enough confidence to start playing a couple gigs for free (Season 2?), just to get in front of an audience.

Season 3 will become the official release of “If Disney Ran Your Life” Podcast.

It may make sense to remove Seasons 1 and 2 from iTunes and Stitcher. Time will tell.
