After school program for one

Hugs
Hugs are free, simple and easy.

After school programs help many students, privileged and underprivileged.

Is there was one after school program that could be administered every single day?

And what if the cost was nothing?

Would you ensure your child was enrolled?

We are finishing up the 11th year in a few weeks.

Haven’t missed a single day.

After school.

A program that requires one parent and one child and about 10 seconds.

A generous hug, a little kiss on the cheek or shoulder, and an “I love you”.

The stereotypical assumption is that they won’t

Cheating isn't an option banner
At Gold’s Gym last week.

Dear Son, telling you last night how impressed i was from your honest and professional answers on the Youth Ministry survey was a great moment.

The biggest revelation was when you described “Youth Group” feeling more like “Bible Study” than a youth group.

Here’s to hoping your honest answers are well received.

The stereotypical assumption is that they won’t.

Why only read the emails that are fun?

Sam Horn via LinkedIn
Sam Horn’s recent post on LinkedIn last week.

We’ve heard the phrase, God wastes nothing. What does that mean exactly?

For starters it means everything that happens – good or not so good – is meant to help us:

  • Grow
  • Learn

Whether we grow or learn is 100% our responsibility.

Bad things happen to everyone.

No one likes reading an overflowing inbox. And add to that having to deal with tough emails that are difficult, time consuming, or tragic. Good grief Charlie Brown.

Every single thing that happens to us can teach us or grow us.

But if we looked at it that way, we’d have nothing to complain about.

God wastes nothing.
