Visiting Walt Disney World all day yesterday, i was reminded of an almost invisible American phenomenon, by the energy i felt.
But first let me say how impressive the Walt Disney World front line team is. Oh my gosh, so incredibly attentive, accurate and focused on our common purpose – or as i call it, our Unifying Goal -to make people happy.
It’s the leadership, at Disney and in America, i worry about.
A corporate dedication that is perhaps cult-like.
Maybe better to call it mission-work.
A dedicated team.
What gets set aside though? Health? Dreams? Travel? Family? Balance?
Peace and contentment?
