  • Before giving up entirely on Logan Pass, we hiked Rim Rock – the beginning 600 meters with the safety cable.
  • While it wasn’t snowing, it was still freezing.
  • Mt Oberlin, our intended summit destination behind us. The sign states we are at 6,646′. Oberlin is 8,200′.
  • Back down to 3,100′ at Lake McDonald, on our way back to West Glacier Motel.

Ultimately, life is a single-player game. You are responsible for all of it.

  • Russell and Carl (UP) do not time stamp anything. UP debuted 2009.
  • Mulan (1998), same thing – no time stamp. However, the live action version released a few weeks ago on Disney+.
  • The Manticore and Laurel Lightfoot – March 6, 2020 debut.

  • Steve retired from Boeing in Seattle.
  • Mt Siyeh is reported to be the easiest to summit of Glacier’s six 10,000+ foot peaks. Cataract Mountain lower left at 8,200′.

  • It’s futile to describe how fierce the wind is right now, without the gusts that come with no warning. Stacy is fearful of being blown off the summit. Stacy is experienced, and, smart.
  • Captured as many photos as possible while the wind and cold froze my hands plus the risk of phone being blown out of your hand.
  • Low clouds raced by us. Looking North at the Continental Divide going to Canada.
