What i’m remembering today isn’t what you’d think.

Obviously, today is the eighth anniversary of the day the world stopped turning.

And..

It’s when i realized i needed to not post on the weekends in September 2010 to reach the 3,000th blog post milestone on Halloween.

i still wrote (every day) on tthe weekends, but had those posts scheduled to post after October 31, 2010.

Wanted to be able to say, “i’ve just reached the 3k blog post milestone, how scary is that?”

This is day 67 of a 100-day self-imposed writer’s bootcamp.

Never thought i’d make it to the 100-day milestone.

i mean five daily, differently-themed blog posts?No way.

No way.

Note: i’m adding this calendar-correction post on November 24, 2017.

Back to the future…it’s been 8.5 years of writing 5 daily blogs without missing single day.

Totally insane.

If i knew in 2009 what i know now (2017), i would have been even more excited about how blogging would change my life.

Google jeff noel.

Yeah, that’s what i’m talking about.

Ok, now Google Disney Keynote Speakers.

Pretty cool, no?

Hindsight is always 20/20.

Walt Disney World had no social media policy in 2009.

In fact, few companies in America did.

Why?

Because blogging was just beginning to take off.

Better safe than sorry.

Err on the side of caution.

No regrets.

The only limits we have are those we impose upon ourselves.
