Ain’t no place like hometown

Noosa Heads, Australia. Hastings Street.

Hometown is as much a state of mind as it is a place.

dad

Hometown is an attitude you nurture from where you grew up, from where you’ve lived since then, and from where you visit.

Morph all the good bits into your hybrid ‘hometown vibe’.

Discard all the unproductive energy and experiences.

So then, no matter where you are you can hum, “Ain’t no place like hometown“.

Better than a Zoo?

Unstaged. Uncaged.

You get to define your freedom. But you must earn it. And, fight to keep it.

dad

Note: If you are blessed enough to live as freely as you desire, you have a sacred mandate from the Universe: Help others find and protect their freedom.

Australia Day 9, spirit

Koala
Koalas spend something like 98-99% of their life in trees.

Always use what’s around you to creatively live vibrantly.

dad

Son, Australia has treated you right.

That’s all we wanted.

Insight: Australia treated you right because you treated it right. Karma is a blessing and a curse. Continue using your karma for all the good the Universe has to offer.

The wild never gets tamed because something must die for another to live.

dad

Unpredictable death is why the wild is wild.

Carnivores, omnivores, herbivores.

They all must eat.

The circle of life.

The Universe has no concept of ‘tame’.

Can’t fathom it ever will.

Humans are this weird anomaly.

But when you put humans under the microscope, you see the same instinct to survive: greed, power – for someone to ‘win’, someone must ‘lose’.

Reverse Fathers Day, spirit

Family in mountains
Annual trek should provide memories to last a lifetime.

What if you start thinking the opposite about everything you believe spiritually?

dad

Tradition and dogma imprint ‘religion’ as a once-a-week, ‘Church’ event.

Surrounding the ‘Church Service’ is giving thanks, forgiveness, generosity.

What if you thought differently?

Take Sundays for example…

Why wait until Sunday?

Why only an hour on Sundays?

Why not every step, every breath.

Every day.

All day.
