i vividly recall my vision (when we lived at Washington State) for living within five minutes of Walt Disney World.

Vision completed in 1992.

We arrived permanently to Florida in 1984.

Our vision included being in the path of progress.

Knowing potentially it may take decades for progress to provide modern day conveniences.

We looked for seven years in an area that was desolate even though it was a stone’s throw from Magic Kingdom.

We expected decades to pass after moving in before everything we needed would be within walking distance.

And here we are, the only thing i have to drive to is my allergist, and the airport.

Note: we lived in our home for a dozen years before anything (besides ‘work’) was less than 10 miles away.
