Catholic Mass — It’s been 15 years since i sat front and center.

After 8:45am Mass, i randomly crossed paths with her and said, “Grace, your reading today stirred my soul. Being a reader myself, it is ridiculously easy to rush through a long reading. You did not. i closed my eyes and let God’s Holy words wash over me.”

When she began to cry, i realized something profound. Small acts of kindness have the power to move people.

Healthy feet are not an entitlement

Disneyland Star Tours Half Marathon 2016 — Disneyland Hotel is to the immediate right.

Have been walking without orthotics for over a month. Experimenting with the notion of detaching from the 12-year effort using prescription, custom foot supports to help manage chronic plantar fasciitis.

A week ago, i began running three miles at a time without orthotics.

Praying i don’t do too much too soon.

Praying, also, that none of us do.

Yesterday was a Saturday. A better (day) alternative for traveling on Los Angeles highways. It was still slow, but not unbearable.

Our Cast Member ID’s were blocked out at Disneyland yesterday due to high attendance projections. We opted for a side-trip.

Insight: Everything looks bigger and better on TV and magazines. Was reminded how much Orlando, and Walt Disney World, appeals to us.

Backstage for Disney Keynote Speakers — His name is “JG”, short for Joseph Gabriel. i called him by his full name and told him he has an exceptional name.

Thanks to Brian Fallon at The Garden Theater for providing a first class audio visual experience. Made sure to personally thank him for everything.

Following the day long event was a vendor display with give-a-ways and incentives. Ran into JG, the AV tech that helped me. Had an embarrassing moment because i had the realization that while i thanked Brian, i never went upstairs (nor did i do it publicly while on-stage) to thank JG, Emily, and Jason.

Perfectly imperfect. Lesson (powerfully) learned.

Thank goodness for some of our blind spots

Florida Hospital Winter Garden — A new facility and a new vision means lots of change.

Thank goodness for some of our blind spots. A client last night had some last minute questions and we jumped on an after-hours call. She commented, “You never tell people what they should do or what they should stop doing.”

Apparently, this is significant from her perspective as a leader and a trainer.
