A Disney Institute (DI) Guest during a Disney Theme Park team builder. We instruct DI Guests to remove their Disney Institute Participant name tags. Why? So the DI participant doesn’t get asked a million questions because Guests think they are actual Cast Members.

Every organization hires people, trains people, communicates with people, and cares for their people. It doesn’t get any simpler than this.
