Fly home from Australia, spirit

Two men on a home security camera
Away for three weeks and no one comes to our front door. Then, ‘the’ day before a 36-hour travel ‘day’, while we are enjoying breakfast at the Lookout Cafe, two men stop by at 5:30pm (Orlando-time) Saturday afternoon. Dinner time for many. Who are they and what did they want? Also, we saw no vehicle so we assumed they walked from somewhere. But from where? Why?
Two men at a residential home
Our neighborhood entrance has a no soliciting sign. Plan for the worst, hope for the best.
17-second video: While managing a bunch of home security camera clips, also shot a few videos as well.

Safety takes a backseat to nothing.

Disney safety mantra

Should mention that our next door neighbor had a home invasion and robbery the day before we flew to Australia.

Our neighbors weren’t home. No one got hurt.

However, it was a late afternoon robbery.

So my antennas are on heightened alert.

And so it goes.

Australia Day 22, spirit

Fall mountain foliage
Not all Autumns are the same. This one was supernatural.

i want and need peace and contentment as much as my next breath.

Not until you are fed up with your spiritual history and your spiritual present will you be ready to burn the ships and move forward spiritually, never looking back.

Looks like a Kangaroo.

In looking for a water fountain in this Community Park i stumbled on a Rainbow Lorikeet.

Common wildlife.
12-second video: It didn’t escape from a Pet Shop. Local wildlife.

Australia’s Sunshine Coast reminds me of Central Florida (home).

We pivoted quickly after arriving to Australia nearly three weeks ago.

The pivot was easy and simple.

Instead of trying to travel around the Country, we decided to stay local.

Why?

Seeing the sights was not what drove us here.

Mountains
Lake McDonald from above the clouds. Gorgeous.

Lake McDonald, same moment, below the clouds, looking fairly uninviting.

Be an artist in your own spirit.

Aging should bestow wisdom.

But only if you over-focus on aging.

Over-focusing on spiritual aging means you are intentional where others are less intention, or completely ignorant, on pursuing spiritual vibrancy.

Spiritually, we reap what we sow.

Two elementary school student photos
If this is my sister’s 1st grade photo, this is my 5th grade photo. Two years after these photos, i made the Spring Grove Area Junior High School Track & Field varsity team.

i serve others through my roles as husband, father, and teacher. Running brings those roles to life.

dad

To teach is to learn twice.

To serve is to honor the gift of life.

To run is to honor the Universe’s ability to sustain humans.

Running is how we caught food.

Running is how we escaped being food.
