Announcing the three types of hell

Three types of hell that no one knows about:

Currently going through it
Just came out of going through a hell no one knew about
About to go into a hell no one will know about

Clarified this at the top of my leadership keynote speech because i wanted the audience to know:

i pray silently for them
When i go on and on about pixie dust, they’ll know i’m grounded in reality

This matters because the audience needs to know that in spite of our hells, we are stewards for goodness in the world.

You’ll never get in trouble if you make this kind of mistake

Catholic Lectors — Have never heard a Lector do this – reading something recommended from **Lectorprep.org**.

You’ll never get in trouble for making a mistake while trying to do the right thing.

It was that way at Disney, if you had a great leader. Not sure how it plays out in the Catholic Church.

Note: i did as the note above suggests. Hours later, an email asking me to not do it again. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

PS. Several Parishioners told me immediately after Mass that the context was important and that it helped them understand the reading.
