Aha moment just now…

Team Disney — Beautiful morning for a 10-miler.

Reading the daily email subscription highlighting things Jesus said with a modern day explanation to dissect Jesus’s wisdom, i just had this aha moment.

When we sacrifice what we gain is awareness.

Awareness is key.

The simple awareness – similar to hunger pangs when we haven’t eaten – reminds us of the gifts we have.

i’m grateful for the hunger for something more satisfying than temporary relief.

PS. Ultimately though, Jesus doesn’t desire sacrifice, He desires Mercy.

Is every employee crystal clear on the most important goal in every interaction?
Do you know your customers (and employees) from a holistic, 360 degree perspective?
What is the one unifying goal every employee shares?
What are your operational priorities for making decisions at every level?

There are many more questions but these are the baseline starting points.

Disney Customer Service Magic Keynote Speakers — Up in the Audio Visual crew’s second floor loft.

Backstage for Disney Keynote Speakers — His name is “JG”, short for Joseph Gabriel. i called him by his full name and told him he has an exceptional name.

Thanks to Brian Fallon at The Garden Theater for providing a first class audio visual experience. Made sure to personally thank him for everything.

Following the day long event was a vendor display with give-a-ways and incentives. Ran into JG, the AV tech that helped me. Had an embarrassing moment because i had the realization that while i thanked Brian, i never went upstairs (nor did i do it publicly while on-stage) to thank JG, Emily, and Jason.

Perfectly imperfect. Lesson (powerfully) learned.

Those lofty quotes are manifesting themselves in reality

The lofty quotes i grew up on and thought only the most driven, talented, and successful people could epitomize are actually manifesting themselves in my reality.

It’s literally an out-of-body experience because what’s happening now is in line with my wildest dreams.

The challenge now is to figure out how to distill my own journey into simple, original, fresh, and inspiring quotes for coming generations.

Yeah, that sounded egotistical.

Another reality is that this kinda comes with the territory.

Praying for a marketing ambassador to say and do the right (and creative) things to promote my business so i no longer have to feel awkward saying nice things about myself.

Osborne Christmas lights — Peace on Earth is a lovely prayer.

Suggested to the retired Disney Executive that he could try listening to Z88.3, Orlando’s top Contemporary Christian radio station. Told him every song, to me, is a prayer.

In the car, in the home. No escaping beautiful, heartfelt prayer.
