Business brainstorming, spirit

Spiritual creativity?

Brainstorming spiritually?

Yes and yes.

Find a million ways to stay motivated to remain patient, forgiving, peaceful, grateful, humble, and the list goes on.

Finding so many ways will require consistently excellent brainstorming for creative ways to stay motivated to ‘find a million ways’.

Customer service resource

Could you use a world-class Disney Customer Service resource this year?

Because this is my business resource starting point, the answer i already know is, “yes”.

Why?

Every organization i’ve had exposure to – over 2,000 companies – is clueless ignorant on the simple, profound customer experience architecture. Hand on the Bible.

Culture defined in one word

Disney Keynote Speaker
Disney Keynote Speakers, generally, are wise and decently entertaining.

Culture is defined in one word.

Habits.

The easier it is to do something, the easier it is to do it again. The easier it is to not do something, the easier it is to not do it again.

Note: Wisdom can often sound too elementary.

Time on my spirit

The time to serve is now.

What?

Why?

How?

When your every step is ‘church’, you can serve all day. Every day.

In the giving you receive.

Give like you mean it.

Receive like you are starving, and insanely grateful.

Disney taught me

meeting coo inside Disney University
“Thanks for dropping in!” Started working here in 1982. The Center Building. Now (and for a long time) called Disney University.

Disney taught me to exceed expectations by paying attention to details.

The essence is to pay attention to details that 99.9% of any audience will never notice.

Why invest time, effort, and or money on something “no one” notices?

Why? Because someone will notice and they will be blown away – the lucky recipient of the wow-factor.

The ripple effect from working in an organization that always does this is that you can transfer the practice into whatever role you play in your company.
