Odds are much greater the giver’s motives are good and decent.
Odds much lower that the taker’s motives are good and decent.
Why then would anyone question the giver?
Because history has revealed some really selfish givers. No?

Haven’t worked with Paul in a long, long time. A boss at one time and one of the funniest, and most skilled presenters ever. Nothing he can not do in front of an audience. He brings the house down with his bag pipe playing. Phenomenal.
If we worked together now, he would write his recommendation like this:
Absolutely the most honest and ethical person I’ve ever worked with. Period.
Bold?
Time changes us. It either propels us forward, keeps us on hold, or overwhelms and crushes us.

It lasted two minutes. Leaving his office, apologized to the secretary and the two folks waiting – for taking longer than promised.
Walking (half skipping) backwards down the hall, hands folded and bowing graciously to them, she quickly said, you’re like a 12 year old, I love your energy.
I said whoa, wait, and walked quickly toward them and said, you know what it is? It’s blessings. Being fully conscious – all day everyday. I don’t want to waste a single day.
They both seem astonished, smiled… and then thanked me for saying that.
It seemed like a ‘Church’ moment.
