It’s just a bunch of words

Note
Thoughts often arrive at the most unexpected times. Tore a corner page to write it down.

Pray without ceasing means what? It’s just a bunch of words.

Under a microscope, it looks like a million little things that make up every choice we make about everything:

Some people who’ve been to hell and back (and we all have), you would never know because they never talk about how awful it was. All they talk about is how grateful they are to be back.

The Orlando Eye along yesterday’s running route.

If not today, why?

Many believe in an eternal resting place called Heaven. We also believe that it is the end game, the final destination. And we just need a one-way ticket.

Catholic Reading January 11, 2015
Lector’s vantage point before Mass yesterday.

We can’t be a Christian on the side.

Part time behavior doesn’t really cut it.

It’s like a marriage. All in.

Commitment.

Remember?

And, yes, of course, it’s hard as hell to do everything we’re supposed to do as responsible adults.

Ain’t nobody immune from that.

Everyone in the pews is irreplaceable in the workplace of service.

Crazy how much God loves us.

Maybe we take it for granted.

Breathe like you mean it

Cat in a window

Let’s get drunk on love.

Six days until the Messiah comes.

Hmmm, Messiah.

Can this even be comprehended?

Not really.

But when we try to as desperately as trying to reach the water’s surface for our next breath, we get really, really close.

Breathe like you mean it.
