Continental Divide, East side. Bishops Cap, left-center ridge, unrecognizable from here. That is, unless you know where you are and what you’re looking at. Then, it’s easily and prominently visible.

Disciplined hope?

Totally.

My ‘disciplined’ spiritual hope is consistently, constantly, fed with gratitude.

i find it impossible to be unhappy while i am feeling grateful.

i find it’s possible to always be happy while i am feeling grateful.

It is disciplined hope that must be set to ‘always’.

Remember, sometimes is the enemy of always.

Note: Your mileage may vary. In my lifetime, my tests and studies reveal this remarkable phenomenon.
