Shit you didn’t know, spirit
My goal in life is to become the kind of person these two think i am.
One grand daughter and two great grandsons, among Grammy’s many fine accomplishments.
Dear Son, the flower and seed pod came from your yard, the seeds are the healing gift. Photo: At a Disney Institute colleague’s funeral.
Our son has grown about a foot in the past two years.
We began this three holiday morning tradition the year before our son was born.
After the run, a father/son bicycle trip for a Sunday Subway breakfast.
Father and son running for their lives.
Three days ago he had multiple reasons to quit, but he finished anyway.
Photo of our Son, 2004.
Our Son inspires me to not kill bugs. Here’s a spider we caught indoors and released outdoors.
Seeing our son reach 18, here, marked my 18-year bead jar promise.
While i missed being there Saturday night as our Son and his friends had dinner at our home, i remain content for being at all the other dinners they’ve shared at our place. After dinner, they went to Universal Studios for Grad Night.
Parents weren’t invited. i asked school officials if i could grab a quick photo. They said yes. Nice photo bomb, Jackson.
Chapin released about 20 tiny baby spiders into the backyard from our enclosed pool deck.
One of the Keynote Speakers is in the background. Bought two VIP tickets so Chapin could hear Lee Cockerell speak.
After lunch, Chapin returned to the ship.
Dear Son,
Shit you didn’t know…
How could you?
You were just a kid.
What you didn’t know is…
How being your dad inspired and guided everything i did (and why i did it)…
Mom is Catholic.
i was Lutheran.
Told your mom, “You’re more Catholic than i am Lutheran and i don’t think God cares, so i’ll turn Catholic.”
i began RCIA (Rite of Catholic Initiation of Adults) shortly before you were born.
