Lethbridge, Alberta Air Canada 5:30am flight to Calgary (up at 4am)

Lord’s prayer, Hail Mary, and the prayer at the beginning of Mid Life Celebration.

Before anything else.

On bended knees.

Minimum three a day.

Every day.
