A few minutes into our drive home.

Should we get sad at the reality of having to leave the water location?

Island time has a double meaning here.

Back to the water…

What is it that stimulates our mind, body, and spirit when we are next to water?

Does the mind, body, spirit stimulation change when we immerse ourselves in the water?

We are 80% water, so maybe our connection is ancestral.

When we immerse ourselves in water with a comfortable temperature – a temp we can spend hours in without discomfort – it’s uniquely stimulating in endless ways for endless people.

Why does visiting a water feature stimulate our mind, body and spirit?

Who doesn’t love being near water?

Four parents originally and randomly connected by high school classmates. Now connected by a decade-plus-ago introduction, and consistently frequent get-togethers.
