What an executive resource never does

Walt Disney quote
Never forget that impossible goals are the only goals capable of stirring the human soul.

What an executive resource never does:

Never forgets the client’s vision.

Never forgets to lead with questions.

Never believes in your vision more than you do. (Ps. No one will.)

Never goes easy on the executive champions.

Never stops asking questions.

Never stops having fun.

Customer Coaching

Customer coaching to become the category for service in your industry:

  • Create, maintain, and herald your Company’s bullseye target for gold-standard, world-class service.
  • Develop, train, and implement your Company’s service toolkit for consistently delivering world-class service in every interaction.
  • Carve in stone your Company’s purpose – a purpose so compelling that “purpose trumps task”, unleashing untold (free) discretionary effort, providing your Company competitive immunity.
  • To deliver world-class consistently excellent service, create and optimize a Company decision-making matrix based on putting the customer at the center of every interaction.

Blessed are they who heal us of self-despising. Of all services which can be done to man, I know of none more precious.

Climate change CEO karma

The fine print under the name: “For keeping the magic alive through exemplary performance and commitment to the traditions and ideals established by Walt Disney.”

You are on a path to self-destruction.

You do not have balance.

You confessed it, but it has never been a secret to me.

Not only not a secret, but a glaringly obvious proposition.

When was the last time you celebrated in a significant developmental accomplishment from a direct report?

When is your business (and life) going to slow down.

Here’s what i see coming…

You’re 60, wishing you’d have listened to the whispers.

But you’re never getting that decade back.

Sure your business gave you incredible financial rewards.

Is that feeding your soul in the way you want, at 60?

What example have you set for your children?

Can she reach a level she doesn’t know exists?

Place with a view
Place with a view.

An executive coaching client has made tremendous (and game-changing) modifications to the way she leads.

She attributes this to the way i help her think when we talk twice a month.

One hour per call. Two calls per month. Twenty-four calls every year – 24 hours of conversation.

i’m delivering exceptional value for her in exchange for her financial contribution to my yearly revenue.

Bottomline, she is a much better leader now than she was before we met.

Is there another way, a different version of something i already offer, that would take her to a level she doesn’t know exists?
