Definition of Ambition
Prepared notes where written specifically for our meeting.

In advance of the mentoring meeting, Laura asked for some questions, from me, in advance.

  • Q. What drives you?
  • Q. What do you hope to accomplish from your ambition?
  • Q. What are one to three things you’d change at Disney to make it better?

At face value, ambition has a selfish connotation.

In the photo above taken from Laura’s journal, the glaring omission is the word contribution. The earnest desire to contribute to a higher, unselfish purpose.

Laura exudes this unselfish desire.

It’s inspiring.

Wondering if Lee Cockerell sees that in me.

Never thought about it before. But i am now.
