Be in a hurry to do as much good as you can.
The greatest motive you can have is to leave the world in a great place for your grandchildren.
Note: Obviously, some are not going to be grandparents. Odds are low for me. Some won’t by choice. There are literally exceptions to everything. Except death. Meanwhile, hurry. The world’s good future is in your hands.

We create happiness
Our (Disney) tradition to work while others play has clear context. When you are hired for a front-line operational role, “We work while others play” means these things and we are crystal clear about it when we hire you:
- You will work nights, weekends, holidays
- Your shift may start at 3:00 AM
- Your shift may end at 3:00 AM
- Your schedule, by union contract, is based on company seniority
This is why waiting 13 years was reasonable before initially asking for vacation during the last week of the year.
