Yesterday was the Catholic Church calendar’s “Epiphany”.

Epiphanies are rocket fuel.

Here’s to your blast off with new awareness.

Waiting and doing nothing are the twin siblings of self-destruction.

Twenty years into a 30+ year Disney career, i had an epiphany about work/life balance.

Searching unsuccessfully for a role model at Disney, it hit me.

i must figure this out for myself.

Is it worth a 40-year wait?

Epcot icons — So many on-stage icons, but what about backstage?

If ever there was a temple at Disney, certainly Disney University (DU) would be a contender.

Met over lunch hour (neither one of us ate though) at DU.

He wanted to know when i discovered that life isn’t about the money.

Long story, short – it was a process that took about 41 years.

Surrendering to what we cannot control is the only way to peace.

With peace we experience contentment.

With peace and contentment, we find joy and gratitude with every breath.

The long way is the short cut.

Praying for the wisdom to be gentle and generous, while simultaneously being very direct.

And for some, this will need to happen more than once.

Only real life in real time.
