Currently going through a hell no one knows about
Just came out of a hell no one knew about
About to unknowingly go into a hell no one will know about

Those of us who don’t talk about these things aren’t lucky or immune from “bad things”, we just choose to not dwell on where we’ve been, instead we give thanks for making it through and making it back.

Or worse, what if they show up but leave and do nothing different, nothing better?

Metaphorically, it happens for most people attending Church.

Vulnerability as a leader

One hour and fifty minute phone call. Rough at the beginning but worth every minute to get to the ending.

We are both better off for staying the course, speaking openly, and never loosing sight of the blessings beneath all the surface struggle that will become something we will joke about in years to come.

Entrepreneurs should be testing “theory” daily.

All theory looks good on paper. Until you are running your own business, you’ll never realize how theory and reality are often polar opposites.
