Stay on top of it. Noticed a skin spot yesterday. Time to have the dermatologist have a look. Worry about it when you don’t have to.
While this is a physical wellness issue, the same proactive karma applies to our spiritual wellness. Tend to your spirit when you don’t need to.
Make no mistake, everything is interrelated and everything needs tending to as we age.

Kindness is so wonderful.
Walked into the college cafeteria yesterday and right past the cashier, unknowingly.
Big place, i looked around and saw an available employee and asked, “How does it work, where do i pay?”
She invited me to enjoy a slice of pizza at no charge. At first i insisted on wanting to pay.
Then i relaxed and let her kindness become reality.
