One year ago today, on a Sunday at 6am, Cooper and i drove an hour to the 24-hour emergency vet near Sanibel Island we found using Google.

Pack light and carry a big heart. One small backpack for all essentials for the five day, four night trip to Disneyland. A second empty, smaller backpack for carrying any souvenirs home.
And one giant heart too big to fit in any suitcase or backpack, yet sized right to carry everywhere, anytime.
