obligation
Yesterday. And i thought, “Does social media facilitate this, or does having too many friend updates dilute keeping in touch?” i don’t know.

Life is a balancing act. My mantra is, get good at it. Photo: yesterday’s classroom.

As CEO of You, Inc, you’re in charge of everything in your life.

A growth mindset takes full responsibility and has zero tolerance for excuses and unfavorable circumstances.

How did you get to a spiritual 10?

Glacier National Park
Main destination on this hike.

Glacier National Park
Rare views not seen for generations. A wildfire is the only way to get a view like this in your lifetime, or your child’s lifetime.

On a scale of 1-10 (10 is best) how do you rate yourself for achieving a consistently spiritual (always forgiving, always grateful, always kind) karma?

How did you get to a 10?

Do you spend every day at a 10?

What do you do to stay at a 10?

People (including me) are so busy it scares me

unique speed limit sign
Yesterday while bicycling to the gym. Do you always drive the speed limit? Why not? Always in a hurry?

People are so busy it scares me.

But then i remember that i’m allowing myself to be scared.

The point of a well developed spiritual core is to confront fear and eliminate it quickly and easily.

i can’t control how busy people are nor can i control how their habits impact them or what they do, or don’t do, to manage their daily habits.

It doesn’t mean i don’t care, it means that no amount of worry on my part about their situation is going to change their situation.

So i let it go.

It’s called surrender.

It yields freedom, peace, contentment, and joy.
