In life, work, and video games, it can be.

Take 365 days of consistent and intentional ‘leveling up’ and anyone (or any organization) becomes wiser and more experienced.

Now imagine this ‘phenomena’ happening year after year.

Don’t panic on a down day

Balance, personal vibrancy. Same thing said differently.

In a perfect world we no longer get angry.

But it ain’t a perfect world.

Aim for perfection, settle for excellence.

In an excellent world, we no longer get angry.

In an excellent world, we also no longer panic.

There is a time and place to panic, usually a life-threatening situation.

We need the adrenaline rush to be able to lift a car off a trapped body.

Duly noted exception.

Otherwise, no anger, no panic.

Community code violations, a second homeless person discovered, plus Omicron cases doubling every 2-3 days in Europe – knowing what happens there will be repeated here.

Be consistently present physically; this is good. You come in contact with your local “congregation”.

Being frequently and consistently present spiritually is good too.

Then in the physical contact, there is opportunity to spiritually serve.

Feel

To which the Mockingbird says to itself, “I’m gonna inch closer, unafraid. I will risk my life to save my Family.” This is a noble purpose that transcends being an obvious underdog.

A breakthrough for me is the profound understanding that you cannot change anyone.

Nearly everything has an exception.

The exception to “you cannot change anyone” is that you can change you.

Congrats on your slow and steady journey to continuously improve (level-up as they say).
