Day 3 WGcab and Granite1n, Spirit

East Glacier Park is the name of the town. Some use the same “name” to describe the entire Eastern side of the Park.

Our original plan was to rent a motor boat after our 8:00 AM scenic boat tour.

The cold morning on the lake convinced us a motor boat is definitely a warm-morning activity.

So we returned early to our Lodge.

Certain applications are obvious, even life-sustaining, like sleep.

By the time we hiked around the lake to find our lunch spot, we’re at five miles one way.

The hike to Colbalt lake isn’t the destination.

The hike to Colbalt Lake is the journey.

The journey is the quote/unquote destination.
