Much better than expected

Forest after a forest fire
Fire is a servant to Nature. Creativity and risk taking are servants to leaders. You’re the CEO of You, Inc. Serve yourself.

Regret sucks.

We had no regrets yesterday.

Brave enough spiritually?

Two cute dogs
Cosmo and Mitsu loved having us as Guests yesterday. We loved being their Guests.

Dogs may be Earth’s brightest and bravest example of unconditional love. Pay attention to them. Love them back. Be present enough and brave enough to apply your learnings to human relationships.

Polebridge has a vibe

These signature huckleberry bearclaw pastries take you to the great beyond.

Polebridge Mercantile was built in 1914. Glacier became a National Park in 1910.

The Huckleberry bear-claw pastry is Polebridge’s signature offering.

The sugary treat absolutely produces a brain-high. For a habitual sweet tooth person, it’s heaven on earth.

So many are searching for escape from life’s pressures and pain.

Pro tip: Polebridge and huckleberry bearclaws ain’t it.

Long-term gratification

Survival of the fittest?

What’s stopping you from raising your bar to the highest level of service to others?

Life is a single player game. You’re the CEO of You, Inc.

If you are thriving with a deep sense of life balance in life’s five big buckets, you have honed small, long-game habits.

What’s a simple example of a simple, long game habit?

Daily flossing (before bedtime).

Expect unexpected

Weather app screen shot
While writing, reading, and ordering a new phone/camera, temps dropped six degrees.

Strategically planned for a closer, lower elevation (warmer) hike closer to a noon start.

Why?

A 34-degree overnight low. Then subtract 5-10 degrees for the mountain pass’s high elevation.

Then add the competitive tension to arrive super early (before sunrise) to (hopefully) ensure a parking spot.

Twenty-eight degrees is unexpected. Grateful our plan alleviates any additional concern.
