Like i always say, simple doesn’t mean easy, but it does mean simple. Making something easy to remember helps make it easy to do. The key to it all though is, you have to be motivated to not fail. Hard stop.

If anything makes you think about peace and contentment, it’s having your mind, body, and of course spirt, as well as your work and your home-life (HQ) administration in excellent alignment.
