Figure things out well enough that your poor habits and rituals make you ill and impatient to transform.

Never get bored – motivation to transform is an inside job.

Think about it.

Seriously, i cannot imagine having a life that is so busy and/or unfocused that i couldn’t start on my knees.

To be clear, this was an evolution, a transformation, to create this habit after becoming a dad in 2000.

We have affinity to remarkable brands and franchises. Same concept works with spiritual architecture. Buddhism, Islam, Christianity, Etc.
