Put your habits in your Will, spirit

Black eyed susans in Iowa front yard
When traveling and running, it’s a simple habit to send my wife (photos of) flowers.

Got your Will all set?

If your family inherited only your habits (not your things or your money), which habits would be your most valuable gifts (legacy)?

What habits would i bequeath?

First, who am i to bequeath anything to anyone?

A quirky habit is sharing songs with Cheryl.

Been doing it since forever ago.

Here’s one.

Hope you enjoyed the ‘reminder’.

Ps. Who doesn’t love Brad and Carrie?

How you do anything, spirit

circle with the word Jesus in the middle
Simple. Exquisite. A face for the mystery of the Universe’s emotional power. If someone asked you to draw a circle on a piece of paper, and said, everything in this circle is your entire life, what is at the very center of it? Many answer family, health, etc. i know because this was a research project i did for 15 years traveling in first class with Disney Institute clients. No one said, Jesus. Neither good nor bad. Simply a research project.

How you see emotional (spiritual) problems, emotional (spiritual) challenges, emotional (spiritual) opportunities, is how you see everything.

Does this matter?

Is it important?

Yes and yes.

How you see everything (with your spirit) is how you do everything.

How you see anything, spirit

Paradox
Paradox, the two opposite ends of a spectrum. We laughed at this one.

One parent is a nurturer.

One parent is an empowerer.

Both vital.

Yet seemingly paradoxical.

Until you realize both are critical to growth.

Both critical to development.

Growth and development are twin siblings, giving you your roots and your wings.

Habits and ambitions, spirit

Teddy bear by Dali Lama poster
Few know peace & contentment better than these two.

Be ambitious with peace.

Practice honing daily (and moment to moment) patience, surrender, forgiveness, grace, and love.

Go for ‘Olympics gold’.

Not now, but soon, right?

Not now, but soon, right?

You will never regret becoming and staying spiritually vibrant.

You know…

Peaceful, patient, intentional, over-focused.

Gratitude centered.
