Am i at Peace? All the time? Where are the hidden opportunities to stop-start-continue?

Am i content with what i have? All the time? What are the uncommon opportunities to stop-start-continue?

Am i presently carrying zero regrets? All the time? Do i have blind spots needing discovering?
