Since my two retina tears and eight months of left-eye blindness, starting each day on my knees took a sabbatical.
Why?
Perhaps the mornings had distractions and challenges that never before existed.
Perhaps i just innocently skipped one morning, which inadvertently led to a second morning. And perhaps, before i knew it, it had morphed into an ‘only-seldom’ ritual.
Daily, without skipping a day, is the standard.
We sleep daily.
We eat daily.
We wake up daily.
How one-daily-morning-minute on my knees became elusive is a mystery.
Recommitted to this daily habit the morning we left Alex Head, Australia.
