Nature and the Church economy.

One last walk around Lake McDonald Lodge’s property before heading to the airport.

Walked a route i’d never taken before.

Nature is a portable Church. Want to feel close to God when you travel?

Go for a walk in nature.

Patience, calmness, determination, focus.

The 1:00pm United flight got delayed to 6pm.

Getting home will have to be delayed until tomorrow, but there were no early flights tomorrow morning.

Big client meeting at 2pm.

While in line at United to get help rescheduling my travel, i was able to book the last seat on the Delta flight leaving in an hour.

Just shy of $1,000.

Business doesn’t wait.

United will either refund my flight or pay for the Delta booking.

We’ll see.

Got home after 1:00 AM.

Better than sleeping overnight in a chair in Denver’s airport.

Hey bud

Stopped to enjoy the numerous Glacier National Park wildflowers along Going To The Sun Road, just East of The Loop.

Spring is in the high mountain air.

Hey bud.

So many plants with buds just waiting to open and bloom.

The season is short.

The goal is simple and pure.

Propagation.

Grow.

Flower.

Seed.

Repeat

Be flexible, be prepared, and seize the moment

For Twitter #jeffnoelMadrid and @ElSolFestival
Reasons.
Tradition. The Fab 5. Yesterday.
Favorite Pixar movie.
There is a peace and tranquility that partner with inspirational and excitement.
Going to the Sun Road
When you bike before the road opens it looks like this…all the way up and all the way down. No cars.
Storm is brewing, as expected.

Be flexible, be prepared, and seize the moment.

Knowing rain was in the forecast for a brief afternoon window, i packed four layers plus hat and gloves (for the summit at 6,600’.

Made it up to The Loop in time to seek shelter for the 30-minute shower.

The second shower near the summit was a steady, light sprinkle that began about two miles from the Pass.

It turned to bigger drops just as i reached the summit and made my way into the vacant parking lot and that’s when i made a quick exit down from Logan Pass.

While the outer two (of four) layers were soaked, i stayed warm.

Warm is critical in the mountains.

Rejoice because the mosquitoes had a great trail

Beargrass is unique to our eyes and we rarely see it on our numerous trips. We saw more on this trip than all other trips combined.
The sun rains down energy.
Beargrass is everywhere on the Westside.

Rejoice because the mosquitoes had a great trail, rather than being sad because the trail had mosquitoes.

While clouds are a welcomed break from the sun in Orlando, overcast skies in Glacier seem to suck the energy from the mountains.

It was vibrantly sunny the first four miles but then turned gloomy.

We are grateful this was our biggest worry yesterday.
