The gift of another ordinary day

Disney Keynote Speaker jeff noel
One was 55 and one was 13.

The gift of another ordinary day.

One ordinary day.

So trivial in the big picture of a lifetime.

Yet one ordinary day is all we get.

Today.

Obviously, tomorrow is probably gonna come.

But eventually, we all take our final breath.

And almost always without warning.

When your breath is taken away, it can be really cool (like at Glacier).

Even at the end.

But you have to be ready, at any moment, to say thank you for all the days you’ve been given.

Thank you, Universe.

Big deal vs little deal

Friends i met on the plane from Minneapolis to Kalispell. They were a 5-minute walk away at Apgar Campground. They are a couple who are volunteer Avalanche Campground managers. They aren’t paid, but they get to live in Glacier National Park for free.
