Having a strong, peaceful spirit makes life easier (but not easy) to deal with.
Our 15 year old has had nine colonoscopies in nine years.
After yesterday’s bi-annual Gastroenterologist visit, we are scheduling number 10 before the end of the year.

Keep the medals. Don’t be fooled by two 55-59 age group silver medals. There were only two competitors in the age group. Call it like it is. i was last. Twice.
Never collect any medals ‘won’.
Why would i?
The real victory is simply in honoring the temple that keeps us alive.

To dishonor it with neglect feels evil and selfish.
