Freedom.

What if everything we did “as a career” was directly tied to our call to serve others?

Magic happens when people not only see and think differently, but especially when they act differently.

Helping others see, think, and do differently is why i exist.

Give for pleasure

Doing a repetitive job as our main focus is boring, eventually, and rather quickly, actually. At Disney we capitalize on the discretionary efforts of every employee – making others happy by going the extra-inch makes the giver happy too.

Give for pleasure. When i teach about going the extra inch to exceed customer expectations, it can, and if it suits you should, be done selfishly for pleasure.

At the end of the day, employees should have no option except this one – to deliver the wow-factor.

What is generous, is for an individual as CEO of You Inc, to pick from whatever lights your motivational fire.

Motivated to do it for altruistic reasons? Perfect.

Motivated because in the giving you receive? Great.

Motivated simply for the pleasure it brings you? Wonderful.

Serve so others benefit, especially yourself.
