An executive coaching client has made tremendous (and game-changing) modifications to the way she leads.

She attributes this to the way i help her think when we talk twice a month.

One hour per call. Two calls per month. Twenty-four calls every year – 24 hours of conversation.

Yesterday at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, a side trip after lunch at DU. The stuff i wanted was on sale, so i bought bulk.
