Priorities shift

The backstory is incredible. Sparing the details for now (and maybe forever). Serendipity and karma made us interstate friends in our son’s college town.

Like a broken record, everyone is going through a hell know one knows about.

Through tireless parental efforts and parental advocacy, even a 30-something non-social, non-verbal child has managed to adapt and live a unique, yet incredibly different life.

Imagine the life these parents dedicated to supporting their special child. In the future, Andrew is going to face challenges the parents will likely not be around to advocate for.
