Questions i ask myself

Disney Creativity Keynote Speakers
No act of kindness is too small. Right?

Questions i ask myself…

If you consider yourself spiritual, and you are convinced you have intense convictions, but you don’t take care of the temple (your body) housing everything keeping you alive, does that not deeply bother you?

What if he would have said…

Martin Luther King
Last night on ABC Evening News, a piece remembering the anniversary of Martin Luther King’s death. Had to write down the essence of his speech and how profoundly simple his goal was and remains today.

Martin Luther King’s “I have a dream” speech was delivered the day before his assassination.

His assassination happened April 4, 1968, 50 years ago yesterday.

What if Martin Luther King would have said…

I have a strategic plan.

A big part of our spiritual belief is manifested in our word choice.

i have a strategic plan for Mid Life Celebration, LLC.

i have a dream for Mid Life Celebration, LLC.

MLK was aiming for respect, fairness, and equality.

We are still aiming.

Had a hunch it was going to be significant

Holy Family Orlando Catholic Church
Last night as i arrived for “Lector practice”.

Zoomed in from same spot.

Had a hunch it was going to be significant.

What?

This Sunday’s reading.

Haven’t been to “Lector practice” in years.

Why?

A busy travel schedule for starters.

i didn’t go last night to practice.

i went for clarity.

And sure enough, “Reader one” (my assignment) has a significant responsibility on Palm Sunday.

Years ago i was caught not knowing. i did fine. But i was scared to death for being ignorant.

Everyone should be perfect except you because…

Everyone should be perfect except you because…

Most of us believe our Country shouldn’t do anything that would be bad for our Country.

No brainer.

Common sense.

In fact, doing something bad for our Country goes against the core of who you are.

No argument there.

And yet, if you asked yourself the same question, “Is this choice I’m about to make bad for me?”, it’s astonishing how your karma, conviction, and commitment to doing what’s good and right has no less meaning.

Literally, no meaning.

So trivial in fact, you rationalize and do the bad things.

You know the list.

Why is this so?

Dude, be careful. you’re poisoning your life.
