Spiritual patience

Spiritual patience intuitively feels like my number one priority.

The devil doesn’t make us bad. The devil makes us busy.

Busy is the path of least resistance to impatience.

Impatience sucks stinks.

Life places consistent and unrelenting challenges in everyone’s daily path.

Using weather as a ‘weather ‘challenges’ analogy…

All of us experience good weather, okay weather, and bad weather.

There are occasional periods of extended ‘terrific’ weather.

There are occasional periods of extended ‘terrible’ weather.

Patience is easy in good weather.

It’s all the other weather that i wish to master.

Thank God for patience

ABC Evening News with David Muir
Two hours ago. David Muir interviewed Ukrainian President Zelenskyy.

Thank God for patience.

To be publicly ridiculed (and not defended) by a gathering of friends and or family is rare for ordinary citizens.

To know your life is on the line for what you believe in and how you set out to live it, is, well, a travesty.

Zelenskyy.

Putin.

Me.

Writing helps.

Writing helps me.

i patiently wait for the world to heal.

Patiently waiting for me to heal too. And so it goes.

Thank you God, for the desire to be patient.

Note: For the past week unintentionally spelled Zelenskyy with one y.

No one can cast the first stone

Nearly two years ago, captured a fleeting thought and the post-it note got buried until now.

No one preaching for change, and pointing fingers, is sinless. Let this fallibility be a reminder to proceed without (self) righteousness.

No one can cast the first stone.

Let that one sink in when you start spouting what others need to do.
