A bug’s life was not a Disney Pixar movie

Catching a bug in a house
Yesterday morning 7:30am

Releasing a bug outside

A bug’s life was not a Disney Pixar movie.

Well, it is, but it wasn’t yesterday morning.

Wasp flying around light above kitchen sink. Meant to free it before leaving for school and our son was grateful for the compassion.

Making breakfast and forgot, until i was remind upon returning home.

Character is what we do when no one is looking, which is most of the time.

Rejoice when your world gets smaller

Digestive disease chart
Two days ago, a reminder that health is wealth – we know this yet we don’t.

Our world gets smaller when God’s world (in our life) gets bigger.

About the only thing powerful enough to get our medicated, distracted, and entertained attention is a bring-you-to-your-knees wake up call.

Let what i need be small and insignificant.

Let what i can offer God be big and wonderfully significant.

After yesterday’s bi-annual Gastroenterologist visit, we are scheduling number 10 before the end of the year.

Church, school, and Disney within walking distance?

Tattoo and Disneyland handbag
Yesterday while on a High School tour.

Thinking about a new Church.

Why even think about leaving Holy Family Catholic Church?

It’s 20 minutes each way. Been doing that once or twice a week for 16 years.

What if our Church (choice between Baptist or non-denominational) was next to our subdivision, or between home and High School?

Those are two options i want to explore.

MackBook brand new in box
It’s easy to get things turned upside down.

The devil’s brilliant plan is working.

Let the world become so full of hate that people will question God, and begin doubting Him more consistently.

It is in our doubting that the devil gains control – one human being at a time, one thought at a time.
