Week

jeff and cheryl noel at Magic Kingdom
Cheryl at her Disney Cast Member Years of Service Celebration recently.

Here’s a train of thought for the new decade that begins in three days:

  • Moment
  • Hour
  • Day
  • Week
  • Month
  • Quarter
  • Year
  • Decade
  • Life

If Disney Ran Your Life, you learn to instinctively over-focus on the same things you used to under-focus on or ignore.

You learn to be intentional where you used to be unintentional.

The power that a decision we make in a week has the power to grow and influence by the month.

Disney Eyes and Ears

Yesterday at Disney University, current issue.

The ability to walk, bike, or if the weather is dangerous (lightning), drive to Disney University and visit is a simple blessing that is never lost on me.

Never.

Another blessing that doesn’t seem so, is the ability to slow down time – to a pace where blessings are visible, and a bit overwhelming, actually. (csn-txt photo from dining hall. thx)

Harness your distractions

Humans are easily distracted. Photo: Tee-shirt design at Disney’s Emporium store on Main Street.

Harness your distractions.

What?

Know what they are and send them to your spam folder, then delete.

Repeat daily.

Additionally, know your superpowers and use them generously.

Gratitude, forgiveness, kindness, compassion, surrender, faith, hope, creativity, focus, discipline.

Top 5 regrets of dying

Social media, yesterday, provided this image. i am thankful for today.

Top 5 regrets of dying.

Regret flourishes when we insidiously believe we have plenty of time to do things later.

Regret becomes real when we unexpectedly run out of time for later.
