Peace and contentment emanate from extraordinary faith, hope, and love.

Doesn’t matter what is at the core of your spiritual belief.

What matters is you believe in your core belief like your life depends on it.

Spiritual drive to college

Doc said walking is ok. Nothing strenuous. Walking 20-minute miles is pedestrian. Heart rate consistently under 80 while walking is good.

Driving north of Orlando to get my eye-health update feels like the day that i moved into my college dorm, freshman year.
