i began getting weekly allergy shots in 2004. Was allergic to so many different things that i required three vials of medicine in three separate shots.

The challenge with addiction is that you relentlessly pursue whatever is important to you.

Managing my pollen allergies is important to me.

Having fun and feeling good is important to me.

Making a difference in other people’s lives is important to me.

It’s a long list. We all have them.

He’s lessor known for green beer and ~~nationwide~~ worldwide drunkenness.

The power over alcohol is the power over anything you want.

Conversely, alcohol’s power over judgement is power over everything.

Being drunk is basically an anesthetic medication to numb the pain of your reality.

The cure, if we can call it that, is to live a life that doesn’t require an habitual escape from pain.

Can you become someone bigger than yourself?

Pretty funny, right? i laughed. Drunks can put on an entertaining show in otherwise unremarkable situations.

Alcohol destroys many a great spirit. Drunkenness never achieves victory against sobriety. Not a single drunken athlete has ever come close to any remarkable athletic accomplishment. Imagine allowing astronauts or surgeons to do their work drunk Never. Ever.
