The nursing college CEO and me. Yesterday. All these ‘thoughts’ they heard from me. The exception is their “Building the Lamp”.

Great ideas can, and should, come from anywhere.

The janitor.

The customer.

A movie.

A setback.

Apple Watch fitness screen — Upper right, time of day 5pm. Started this “fresh air break just after 4pm. Did not intend to bike 10 miles. Just wanted a fresh air break from sitting inside and writing for hours.

Yesterday, there were two 10-mile bicycle rides. Both in the subdivision. One at 10am and one at 4pm.

It was cool.

Never did that before.

Broke up the (work) day.

Apple’s AirPods Pro boast incredible noise cancelling ability.

Imagine attending Church with wearing headphones.

Sacrilegious?

Nope.

Creative.

And ‘protectively’ healthy.
