So many firsts (risks).

Many of us are hard to impress.

But what went down yesterday…i impressed myself.

Pretty rare.

And cool.

Can she reach a level she doesn’t know exists?

An executive coaching client has made tremendous (and game-changing) modifications to the way she leads.

She attributes this to the way i help her think when we talk twice a month.

One hour per call. Two calls per month. Twenty-four calls every year – 24 hours of conversation.

i’m delivering exceptional value for her in exchange for her financial contribution to my yearly revenue.

Bottomline, she is a much better leader now than she was before we met.

Is there another way, a different version of something i already offer, that would take her to a level she doesn’t know exists?

Will the flowers sprout before she returns home?

Cheryl flew to Disneyland yesterday morning. For work. Tough life.

The next two weeks, Chapin and i will manage our daily routine with a 33.3% workforce reduction.

The things we’ll miss, that Cheryl does, have to be accounted for and handled.

And all the while, we must remain in thriving mode, not surviving mode.

Is this possible?

If we have great habits going into the reduction, no problem.

If we don’t, well, you do the math.

(Update 30 days later, the seeds haven’t germinated.)
