Make today a great day.
I’ll be spending my time remembering those who paid our debt in full, so that we can have the freedom to do what we like.
I wrote a short post at www.junglejeff.net
Peace. Carpe diem, jeff noel 🙂
…..He rested.
Which is what I’m gonna do today.
I mean, if you can call writing four other blogs, plus this one, resting, well hey, maybe I’m not resting.

The key to motivation, in my humble opinion, is elusive. Know why?
Because most of us don’t have the patience to analyze the question long enough to find the simple answer.
Know what the simple answer is?
A compelling purpose.
It’s profoundly simple. And, simply profound.
Like what my Doctor told me when he said I needed to focus on only two things to lower my cholesterol. Know what those two simple things are?
I know you know. It’s two things and everybody knows. You don’t have to go to medical school to know this. It’s too simple to require an education.
Drum roll please…..
Diet and exercise.
Motivation?
Find a compelling purpose in life. You’ll be so motivated, it will be mind-blowing.
Until you start to hit the obstacles life throws our way.
This is why simple doesn’t mean easy.
Good luck out there today. Hope you stay focused, even when life is throwing you sucker punches. Learn how to fight back.

What exactly is writer’s cramp?
Is it physical or mental? Or, is it both?
I think whatever it is, I have one.
This is my fifth post since waking. I have to get ready, the sun’s about to come up.
Thanks for visiting my blogs. I write them for my son, my family, and for you.
